Recipe :
2 Sprigs of fresh Thyme
1/2 fl. oz. 1 tbs. spoon of lime juice
1- 1/2 fl. oz three Tbs. of Gin
1/2 fl. oz 1 tbs. of Limoncello
Grill the thyme over a medium heat, until lightly charred
about ten seconds, In a shaker muddle the thyme gently with the lime juice fill the shaker with the Gin, limoncello, and ice cover and shake, Put some ice in the glass strain and serve with a sprig of thyme . Enjoy.......I'm joining Sherry@ No Minimalist Here

Ohhhhh yum! I love me a good cocktail! When my BIL and his wife were here he made Mojito's with fresh mint...they were so good!
