Hello Pattie! I'm a midwest transplant and I know how to cook! That ribeye is a hoot! It is also one of our favorite cuts of beef. I'm looking forward to getting acquainted with your blog.

My husband could live off ribeyes, he's an Okie and Okie's eat meat. I'm originally from Illinois and was a former chicken lover....that is until I met my husband. The word 'chicken' doesn't exist in his language! love your picture!
